Conduct a Readiness Needs Assessment
30-minute interviews with each
staff person to identify major
issues and concerns to be addressed
during the Corporate Coaching
Program. Readiness report will be
provided to the client.
Conduct Self Leadership for Improved
Results course
Multiple 2-hour
sessions over an eight week period
with groups of 8 to 10 employees
each or 1-on-1 coaching. Facilitate management team as
one group. Roll out the development
course to other groups two to three
weeks after beginning the management
team. These activities will generate
team building through dialogue and
critical reflection on content as it
applies to the client’s work
environment. Spaced repetition is
used to ensure retention and
transfer of learning for
application. Each participant will
receive a 14-chapter text, audio cd’s, and a goal achievement action
planning workbook. Deliverable:
Critique forms and documented
measurable results by completion of
program.
Three Additional One-on-One Coaching
Sessions with each employee within
30 days after the facilitated
course.
