The purpose of the Corporate and Individual Coaching Program is to help mid to senior level employees and business owners maximize their business potential, grow through transitions, and stimulate profitable results.   The two-phase Corporate Coaching Program is designed to achieve the following objectives:

 
Develop self-leadership and accountability among mid to senior level employees
Get more tangible and measurable results
Engage employees in critical self-reflection on the what, how, and why of their behavior
Learn and apply a goal achievement system to plan and track progress
Create more cohesion through effective honest and open dialogue
Improve interpersonal communication among employees


Phase I
Conduct a Readiness Needs Assessment
30-minute interviews with each staff person to identify major issues and concerns to be addressed during the Corporate Coaching Program. Readiness report will be provided to the client.

Conduct Self Leadership for Improved Results course
Multiple 2-hour sessions over an eight week period with groups of 8 to 10 employees each or 1-on-1 coaching. Facilitate management team as one group. Roll out the development course to other groups two to three weeks after beginning the management team. These activities will generate team building through dialogue and critical reflection on content as it applies to the client’s work environment. Spaced repetition is used to ensure retention and transfer of learning for application. Each participant will receive a 14-chapter text, audio cd’s, and a goal achievement action planning workbook. Deliverable: Critique forms and documented measurable results by completion of program.

Three Additional One-on-One Coaching Sessions with each employee within 30 days after the facilitated course.

  • Continuing Your Leadership Growth

Outcomes:
Upon completion participants will be able to:

  1. Apply Personal Power and Self-Leadership
  2. Demonstrate Attitudes and Habits for Success
  3. Implement a Goal Achievement System
  4. Create Self-Motivation for Goal Achievement
  5. Turn Solutions Into Action
  6. Develop a Positive Self-Image
  7. Communicate More Effectively with Team Members
Phase II
Phase I will be evaluated through critique sheets. The client will determine if they want to continue Phase II of the program based on their needs and evaluation of Phase I. The goal of Phase II is to implement the plans developed in Phase I and track measurable results. Strategic planning using the goal achievement system and/or ongoing one-on-one coaching will be offered, as an additional service, for selected employees. Three coaching calls per month ensure accountability in the execution of strategic implementation plans.
