Dr. Zayd Abdul-Karim is a servant,
coach, teacher, and author of
DEEP
TRANSITIONS: Jump Starting Your
Business and
7 Steps in
Deep Transitions: A Spiritual Guide
to Peace of Mind, Prosperity, and
Success. Zayd is a catalyst for
growth and inner peace. His life
purpose is to help others find
meaning and purpose in their lives.
Most often that means attracting
people who want to grow through deep
transitions to be, do, and have what
they want. His daily striving is to
bring service, integrity, and
spirituality (universal laws,
positive values, and guiding
principles) to everything he does
with people. Additionally, he values
freedom of choice, responsibility,
and collaboration. Through
workshops, seminars, and one-on-one
coaching, Zayd inspires people to
live with spirit, positive energy,
and discover new possibilities for
being in the world.
Dr. Zayd has facilitated learning
and development sessions with over
10,000 people throughout his career.
His clients are executives,
mid-level managers, and aspiring
leaders within private corporations,
non-profit organizations, and
federal government agencies. Since
1998, he has served as part-time
faculty in the Johns Hopkins
University, MBA Program and the
Master’s in Organization
Development/Human Resources.
